Method of Delivery
Depending upon the type of the product or card that you purchase on the Muskbird.com website, the delivery will be either physical (mail-in) or Digital (e-mail). Additional information pertaining to your order, such as the product pin number, payment receipt, customized greeting, etc. will also be provided to your registered Muskbird.com website user account as applicable. You can login to your Muskbird.com user account to access such information.
Delivery Time
Our standard review and processing time for any order is up to 24 hours once the order is submitted. The processing time includes reviewing and verifying your order, validating payment information, inventory checks and procurement as required.
Once your order verification and processing steps are completed, the shipping and delivery steps will commence. The actual delivery time for your order will depend on many factors such as the type of the order (Physical versus Digital), shipping option selected and your mailing destination.
Our standard delivery time for physical mail-in orders for gift cards is between 2-9 business days once the order is successfully processed and payments received. Most of our email based digital gift card orders are fulfilled within same day of your purchase. In case of any technical failures, product backlog or other processing related issues, it may take up to 1-3 business days to fulfill your digital product order.
Products such as Rakhi, Rakhi Sets and Sweets are shipped from various international locations and as such shipping time will vary depending upon destinations and type of goods. Detailed example of shipping methods and time for various products and destinations is shown in the table below with intentions to give our customers an idea of approximate delivery time for various shipping options.

In any circumstances, you (customer) agree and acknowledge that such delays can occur and are possible when you submit your order to Muskbird.com and that you accept the risk of delay when placing your order. You indemnify Muskbird.com from any liabilities or harm arising out of the delays with order fulfillment.
CASH EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS (FLEXEPIN, CREDIT CARDS, ETC.)
In addition, certain high risk and cash equivalent products such as flexepin, credit cars, etc will require extended review of the orders and can result in longer delivery times.
Average delivery time for any flexepin vouchers and similar products, will be between 4-6 business days once the order and payments have been received successfully
Payment and Identification verification may be required for orders above $100. Muskbird.com may request valid identification documents such as a copy of driver’s license and utility bills. Upon such request, it is completely up to the customer to supply us with such information or not. Muskbird.com however, reserves the right to only ship the product if proper identification documents are supplied and that our review process accepts to release your order. If you have already supplied your payment and are unable to provide your identification documents as requested, Muskbird.com will refund your payment, provided that the order is not shipped or emailed.
Note: While we take every effort to deliver the orders promptly, fulfillment delays can occur due to variety of issues such as technical problems, computer or network traffic and resource congestion, processing slowness or actual product unavailability. Due to any reasons, If we are unable to deliver your order on time as mentioned above within “Delivery Time“ section, Muskbird.com will be happy to refund your order upon your written request.
Fraud Detection Checks
Muskbird.com is highly committed to preventing online fraudulent orders and activities. We will perform fraud detection and verification checks as part of our order processing. As a result, delay may occur in processing your order. You may contact us through email or using our order chat function if you wish to inquire for your order.
We may request you to provide us with a copy of your payment information such as copy or scan of the credit card you used for the order or credit card billing to verify your payment. Additionally, we may contact your credit card issuer to confirm the payment data and other verification steps necessary for your order processing. All these steps may result into further delays with your order processing. If you do not receive any further updates for your order status after you submit your order, it is your responsibility to check with us on the status, should you wish to proceed with your order. Please note, that we do not capture any payments from you until your order is successfully delivered or processed.
Our return policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our product and service sales including gift cards, event tickets or calling card orders are final and non-refundable. Therefore after an order has been processed, we cannot return or exchange it. Please be careful and review your order before placing it.
We do offer a 100% guarantee that you will receive valid and authentic gift cards, event tickets and calling cards when you order them from our website. If you receive a defective, invalid or inactive card due to any error on our part, we would gladly refund or exchange your order.
