14ø/min surcharge applies to calls made from (llø/min when made to) Northern British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additional rate of 10Ø/min. applies to calls originating from the United States. There is a 3-minute minimum charge, up to a maximum of $1. Email Delivery
You will receive your PIN/Card number in an email when you order the card from Muskbird.com. A copy of the PIN is also available within your secured Muskbird.com account information under recent order section
Physical Delivery
If you choose physical delivery of this card at the time of placing your order, we will ship you the actual phone card to your mailing address. A separate shipping charge will apply. The physical bell prepaid card can be used to swipe at the bell payphones and make your calls.

To place a call or to check your balance from a Touch-Tone phone:
- Dial 1 866 744-5556 and follow instructions or swipe from a Bell payphone or any touchtone phone. Note, for swiping the card, you will need to choose “physical” delivery at the time of placing your order. If you chose email delivery, a PIN/Card number will be emailed to you instead, which you can use to place the call as well.
- Enter your card or PIN number and follow instructions.
For international calls, dial:
- 011 + country code + city code + phone number
To use your card from certain overseas countries
